
Take a bowl add curd (dahi) and sugar

Add black salt

Add red chilli powder

Beat the curd smooth remove all the lumps

Keep aside
Take a bread slices

Trim off the edges of bread slices

Take a bowl add milk and pinch of salt mix well

Deep bread in milk

And squeeze gently to remove excess milk

Shape into ball and lightly flatten

These are vadas

Arrange the vadas on serving dish

And pour curd (dahi) over them

Pour tamarind chutney on top of it

put some green chutney on top of it

And sprinkle cumin powder chat masala

If you want then pour hot & sweet tomato sauce
Garnish with coriander leaves
Now bread dahi vada is ready

Serve the bread dahi vada immeditely
