 6 Potato (medium sized, boiled, peeled & mashed)
 Bread(large Sliced)
 Salt (to Taste)
 80 g Groundnut
 1 Ginger(small)
 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
 50 g Garlic
 1 tsp Turmeric
 4 Green Chili
 Coriander leaves
 500 mg Water
 1 Onion
 Bread Crumbs ( if not available use Suji)
 Oil (for Frying)

Boil Potatoes until they are cooked well, peel them and mash them.

Add Oil in a Frying Pan and heat it.

Once oil is sufficiently hot add Groundnuts.

Keep stirring it util it attains bright red color(as seen in the picture) and keep it aside.

Add cumin seeds

Add Onion

Add finely crushed Garlic, Ginger along with green chilies

Keep Stirring it till it attains Golden brown color

Add Mashed Potato to the mixture and mix it properly.

Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder and meat masala(optional)

Add Salt(to taste)

Dry Roast the mixture till its cooked properly.

Add roasted groundnuts, coriander leaves and mix it well. Keep the mixture aside for a while.

Take Water in a Bowl and all a pinch of salt to it

Dip bread in water and squeeze gently to remove excess water.

Put potato filling in center of bread

Roll filled bread in oval shape. Seal edges so that filling doesn't come out.

Cover the bread rolls in breadcrumbs ( or Suji)

Deep fry in hot oil until light brown. Serve hot.
