
Take a mixing bowl, add besan, corn flour, maida

Add ginger - garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and water

Mix well and make a thick batter keep aside

Take a boiled eggs

Cut the boiled eggs into quartered

Heat a pan with oil

Dip each quartered boiled egg in the batter

Fry it till golden brown

Transfer it to paper tissue and keep aside

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in another pan

Add chopped ginger, garlic,

And mix well saute for 30 second

Add onion cube, capsicum cube and green chilli

Mix well saute for 2 minutes

Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder and salt

Mix well and tossed for 1 minutes

Take corn flour and water in small bowl, mix well and make slurry

Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well add cornflour slurry and add chopped coriander leaves

Mix well

Add fried eggs

Tossed well

Know Chilli Eggs are ready

Remove in serving bowl, garnish with remaining chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot chilli eggs
