 2 cups Milk
 ¼ cup Sugar
 2 tbsp Custard powder
 ½ tsp Cardamom powder
 ¼ cup Thickened cream / amul cream
 Handful of any dry fruits or tutti frutti
For Garnishing - pomegranate ( optional)

Firstly , take a bowl boil 2 cups of milk stirring time to time

Add in 1/4 cup sugar and stir well and more sugar if you required

Take a small bowl dissolve 2 tbsp custard powder in 1/4 cup milk

Stir well to get lump free custard milk

Keeping the flame on low , add in prepared custard milk

Stir continuously , else milk curdles

Add cardamom powder mix well

Keep stirring till the milk thickens well, keep aside to cool completely

Take another bowl pour 1/4 cup thickened cream

Beat well with a whisk or hand blender till stiff peaks appear

Add prepared custard milk once it is cool completely

Mix well the milk and whipped cream is mix well

Beat well the custard ice cream to form more creamy

Transfer the prepared mixture in air tight freezer safe jar or popsicle moulds

Add handful of any dry fruits / or tutti frutti

Mix well

Cover the lid

Freeze for 8 to 10 hours or till it sets completely

Now serve custard ice cream and garnish with pomegranate (optional) because this is custard ice cream so i garnish with pomegranate, or custard popsicle and enjoy the hot summer
