For Egg Cubes
 6 Eggs
 1 Onion chopped
 1 Chopped green chilli
 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 Salt to taste
For Gravy
 1 Onion chopped
 1 Tomato puree
 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
 1 tsp Black pepper powder
 ½ tbsp Coriander powder
 4 tbsp Pistachio grind
 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
 2 cups Milk
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Mustard seeds
 2 tbsp Coriander leaves choppeed

Take a bowl add eggs

Add onions, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, salt, coriander leaves and black pepper powder

Whisk the mixture well

In a bowl beat eggs along with all the ingredients together

Pour this into a microwave safe bowl

It can be steamed in an microwave or steamer for 8 minutes or till the steamed

Remove it from microwave

Cut the steamed eggs into cubes

This looks exactly like paneer

If you don't have microwave, steam this in a normal steamer.

Take a pan add oil in it

Put mustard seeds allow to the crackle

Then add cumin seeds

Add onion

fry for 4 minutes or till the onion brown

Add ginger garlic paste saute well

Add piste paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder

Mix well saute for a minutes

Add tomato puree and salt

Mix well saute for 3 minutes

Add milk

The mixture bring it to a boil then add chilli powder

Add eggs cubes at this point

Cook for 2 minutes add coriander leaves switch off the flame

Now Eggs Cubes Curry is ready
