
Firstly take a large mixing bowl to add whole wheat flour and maida

Add baking soda and baking powder

Add salt and sugar

Mix well

Add oil

Add curd and 1 tsp garlic

Mix well making sure everything is well combined

Add milk as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough

Grease the dough with oil

Cover and rest for 30 to 40 minutes

After 40 minutes, knead the dough slightly

Take a pinch a ball sized dough

Gently roll to an oval shape using a rolling pin. make sure you do not make too thin nor thick, not be larger than your Tawa size

Butter for basting and spread the grated garlic over the naan

Spread the chopped coriander and press them with hand

and press them lightly so stick to the naan

Grease with water over naan make sure you coat uniformly this helps naan to stick on Tawa

Slowly flip over and put it on hot Tawa, remember to be gentle and put the water coated side down to Tawa

Heat and cook the naan for 2 minutes the bubbles will start to form

After 2-3 minutes, flip the tawa upside down with the naan over the flame or heat

Cook on all sides moving the pan

Then naan will be cooked when the brown spot appears

Ensure that both the sides are cooked evenly

Remove from heat and remove it in a plate and apply butter over it

Know garlic naan is ready to serve hot garlic naan with paneer chili or as per your choice
