Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped garlic, ginger
Stair fry for 2 minutes
Add chopped carrot, cabbage, and beans
Stir fry for 3 minutes or until the veggies are half cooked
Add 4 cup water
Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce,
Add vinger, salt, black pepper powder
Boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until flavors is absorbed well
Now prepare cornflour slurry by mixing cornflour in 1/4 cup water
Pour the slurry into the soup
Mix well
Continue to boil for 2 minutes or until soup thickens slightly
Finally garnishing spring onion
Know hot and sour soup is redye
Enjoy hot and sour soup.
