
Boil the raw banana to 3 whistles . when the bananas are cooked, take it out in a plate and allow it to cool completely.
Remove the skin from banana

Mash the banana

Add cornflour

Add salt black pepper powder

Add crushed ginger , garlic, and green chilli

Add red chilli powder Mix well

Knead it to from a dough

Make ( prepare ) the balls from the mixture ( dough )

In a kadhi heat the oil, and when it is heated properly

Add the kofta balls

Fry in medium flame till it turns golden brown

It will take about 10 mins.

Take out the kofta balls in absorbent paper .

Keep aside

Heat oil in a pan .
Add cumin seeds bay leaf and hing

Crackle them

Add chopped onion

Fry till it turns brown and leaves the sides

Add crushed ginger, garlic fry well

Add all spices and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes

Add tomato puree

Cook it till it starts oil leaving the sides

Add water

Allow the gravy to boil cover the lid

When it comes to gravy boil

Add koftas

Cook for 2 min on medium flame cover the lid

Add coriander leaves

Turn off the flame

Add fresh cream

Now Raw Banana kofta curry is ready to serve

Serve it hot with roti , rice , naan.
