 2 l Milk
 80 g Rice
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 10 Cashew nut
 1 tbsp Kishmis
 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
 You can choose any nuts you prefer
 sugar as per your requirement

Clean and wash rice

Heat milk in a large heavy bottom pot

When the milk begins to boil add rice and on medium flame let it simmer gently until the rice is soft and grains are starting to break up .Keep stirring time to time to avoid sticking of rice in the bottom of the pot

Cook it till the mixture is thick now add coconut ,cardamom powder, cashew nut ,and kishmis and raisins and simmer for 3-4 minutes

Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved

Remove the rice kheer from heat in a serving dish and let it cool

You can serve the rice kheer either warm or chilled as you prefer
