Peel and cut the lauki. boil lauki in a pressure cooker with a little salt till two Whistles.
Drain out water and let the lauki cool add crushed ginger and green chili.
Add boil lauki chili powder , mustard powder ,black salt ,and crushed ginger and green chili and plain salt.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add mustard oil and sprinkled (chatmasala optional).
