 2 cups Thickened cream/heavy cream/whipping cream,35% milk fat
 ¾ cup Mango pulp
 ½ cup Sugar powder
 3 Drops yellow food color (optional)
 Few mango pulp

Firstly in a large bowl take 2 cup thickened cream,you can also amul cream

Add 1/2 cup sugar powder

And beat or whisk for 3 minutes

Till stiff peaks appear

Add 3/4 cup mango pulp, to prepare mango pulp blend mango to smooth puree without adding water

Beat or whisk again 3 minutes or till the mixture turns creamy

Optionally add yellow food color for bright yellow color ,( I don't use) then beat till the color combines well

Transfer the prepared mixture into air tight freezer safe jar

Add few mango pulp

Mix well

Cover with the lid

And freeze for 6 to 8 hours or till it set completely

After 2 hour just frozen take it out mix again just give it one quick work

And back in the freezer freeze it

Now Ice Cream is ready

Serve chilled mango ice cream
