Firstly take a blender add ginger,green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves,
Add crushed ice cubes as required
Grind all ingredients
Add curd, roasted cumin powder,and salt
Also add lemon juice, skip lemon if the curd is sour
furthermore, add crushed ice cubes
Bland frothy
Transfer the masala chaas to the large jug
Add ice cubes
Finally Pour masala chaas or spice buttermilk into serving glass
Sprinkle cumin powder for garnishing and fresh mint sprigs
And garnishing lemon wedges
Serve chilled
Note: firstly the amount green chilli if you do not like spiciness.Also if using sour curd skip the addition of lemon juice.finely serve masala chaas or spiced buttermilk chilled .
