Take onion , garlic, ginger and blend to smooth paste keep aside
Heat oil in a pan add paneer saute 3 to 4 minutes
In the same pan add oil heat them add cumin seeds let them pop
Then add blended onion,garlic ,ginger paste saute till turns slightly golden brown
add turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and chili powder mix well
fry them add peas and salt mix well
Cover the led
Saute till turns peas soft then add tomato paste mix well
Cook 4 to 5 minutes
Add cashew nut paste mix well
Add garam masala powder cook few minutes
Add paneer and water
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Finally add ghee
Now matar paneer is ready garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with chapati or nan
