
Clean and wash rice

Soak for 15 to 20 mins

After 20 minutes drained rice
Heat water in a deep pan

Add salt and bring to a boil

Add rice

Mix lightly

Stirring occasionally

Cook till rice is 3/4th done

Strain in a colander,

Spread on a plate and set aside to cool

Take a pan heat oil

Add chopped vegetables

Saute for 3 to 4 minutes for high flame yet crunchy

Add black pepper powder mix well add salt to taste

Add Schezwan sauce mix well

Add soy sauce mix well

Add cooked rice

Toss well

Add vinegar and mix well

Add half the spring onion green

Mix well cooked 1-2 minutes

Garnish with remaining chopped spring onion green

Now schezwan fried rice is ready

Serve hot
