
Firstly take a large bowl add rava, suji, make sure to take fine rava

Add black pepper, salt , chaat masala

Add chilli flakes, kasuri methi

Add oil

Mix well

Making sure the flour is moist
Add water as required

Knead the dough

Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required

Grease the dough with a tsp of oil

Rest for 30 minutes

Knead the dough again making sure the suji has absorbed water and dough is soft

Pinch a small ball sized dough

And roll to cylindrical

Press it on back to fork

Roll gently

forming a spiral shape

Deep fry the snack in hot oil

Keeping the flame on low to medium

Stir occasionally

Fry until the suji crunch turns golden and crisp

Suji crunch is ready

Enjoy suji crunch with hot tea or coffee

Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks
