Once the vegetables are washed,and finely chop the vegetables
Take a large bowl add grated cabbage,carrot,cornflour,all purpose flour,black pepper or white pepper powder and salt.
Mix them all ingredients and prepare a soft dough
Now grease hand with oil and prepare round ball sized balls
Deep fry in hot oil or bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes or till cabbage balls turn crisp and gets cooked well completely
Stir time to time,keeping the flame on medium
Fry till the balls turns golden and crisp.
Drain off the fried cabbage balls over kitchen paper and keep aside.
Now take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add garlic ,ginger,green chili and the white part of spring onions(celery) stir fry for half a minute if you like the smokiness of chines food,then you can keep frying these veggies on high flame so that the smokiness of onions and garlic add a nice piquant aroma to this recipe
Saute on high flame for a minute and add black pepper powder or white pepper powder, soy sauce,red chili sauce, sugar,MSG and salt.
Add 1 cup of water to it boils
.Aadd cornflour mixture and cook for a couple of minutes or until the sauce start to the thicken,stirring continuously
Add the fried vegetable balls,vinegar and mix well.Serve hot, garnished with the reserved spring onion greens
