
Scrap the turmeric, ginger lightly to remove the layer then wash it
Remove the water now wiped with cotton cloth

Finely chopped

Wash the green chilli and wiped with cotton cloth

Cut into small pieces or as per ypur required

Peel the garlic

Put mustard oil in a pan

Heat it well, switch off the flame, cool slightly

Add asafoetida, (hing) , fenugreek seeds

Add chopped raw turmeric, ginger, garlic and green chilli in the oil

Add all spice's

Mix well

Take lemon and squeezed the lemon juice

Add lemon juice and mix well

Take the turmeric pickle in a bowl and the cover the turmeric pickle

After 4 to 5 hour mix the pickle with a spoon again above the top

Pickle of turmeric has been made, fill the pickle in a completely dry glass jar

Keep the pickle 5 to 7 days in sun and pickle also become tasty

Now turmeric, ginger, garlic and green chilli pickle is ready
