Take a pot along with egg and water enough to immerse them and boiled it. When the shells look cracked,switch off the stove. After 5 minutes ,remove the shells and keep them aside
Take a pan and add oil and heat it then add eggs and fry for 4 to 5 minutes till slightly golden and not burnt
And keep aside
Add 2 tbsp. oil to a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds , hing, clove , bay leaf and crackle 1to 2 minutes add boiled onion and salt
fry until they turn light golden , then add garlic, ginger green chili, and meat masala ,turmeric powder
And fry for 6 to 7 minutes till the mixture smells good then add kashmiri red chili powder, tomato and fry for 5 minutes till they turn mash the tomato
And add water
Boiled the gravy add boiled egg and cook till the gravy thickens switch off the gas
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with roti or rice
