Aloo Soyabean ki sabzi is a really delicious Indian curry that goes well with both rice and chapati. Its a Traditional Indian recipe involving soyabeen (soya chunks or meal maker) along with potato. 200gSoya chunks (soyabean)
2Potato medium size
2Onion medium size
2tspGinger garlic paste
Salt to taste
2tspTurmeric POWDER
1tspChilli powder
2tspSabji masala
1tspKichenking masala
23tbspoil
1tspCumin seed
Corinder leaves -finely chopped

Bring water to boil with a little salt. when it starts boiling ,add the soya chunks and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep it covered for 15 minutes . Then drain the water. Squeeze out the excess water,and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a kadai ,add soya chunks and saute until it turns light brown cook on medium heat. Turn off the heat and keep a side .

Heat oil in a separate kadai ,add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds sizzle, add finely chopped onions, green chili and saute until it turns golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes until the raw flavor of the paste goes.

Add boiled potatoes, all powdered spices and salt. Mix it well.

cook on medium heat stirring from time to time,cook for a further 5-6 minutes and(you can see the color difference in the potato masala)

Add the soya chunks and mix welI, soya chunks will absorb the masala if required add at this stage.

Add the water for your gravy required ,cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat .

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
