Veg noodles recipe-A quick dinner idea for busy week nights. Making this delicious vegetable noodles is super easy. It takes only 20 mins to make 2 serving. This also goes great with a saucy . 8 To 10 French beans thinly sliced diagonally or finely chopped

First heat enough water in a pan

When the water comes to a boil, add the noodles

Add 1 tea spoon salt

Add 1 tea spoon oil

Stir and allow to cook the noodles till they are just cooked or Aldent

Strain the water

Keep it in cold water

Again strain it
LET'S START COOKING NOODLES

Take a pan add 2 table spoon of oil

Add onion

Add carrot mix well

Add cabbage mix well

Add capsicum mix well

Saute for 2 to 3 mins on high flame

Add boiled noodles

Add salt , black pepper powder , soy sauce , red chilli sauce , green chilli sauce

Add vinegar

Add chopped green onion

Mix well

For around 2 to 3 minutes still cooking on a very high flame

Now it's done

Serve with tomato sauce and schezwan chutney as per your choice (optional)
NOTE: Always bring water to a rolling boil before adding the noodles to the water,use salt and oil if mentioned on the pack . cook the noodle al dente without making them mushy, please follow the instructions on the pack for cook time of noodles, the cook time varies depending on the kind of noodles. High flame is the main factor that lends a smoky aroma to the chinese dishes the vegetable noodles recipe has to be prepared on a high flame.
