6 Slices Brown or white bread
1 cup Milk
2 cups Fresh Yogurt (Dahi) as per your required
2 tbsp Sweet and sour Tamarind chutney ( khajur imli ki chutney)
1 tbsp Green chutney
½ tsp Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
½ tsp Red chilli powder as per your taste
½ tsp Chat masala (optional) for sprinkling
Black Salt (sanchal) for taste or as per your taste
Prepare the curd (dahi)
1 Take a bowl add curd (dahi) and sugar
2 Add black salt
3 Add red chilli powder
4 Beat the curd smooth remove all the lumps
Prepare the bread vadas
6 Take a bread slices
7 Trim off the edges of bread slices
8 Take a bowl add milk and pinch of salt mix well
9 Deep bread in milk
10 And squeeze gently to remove excess milk
11 Shape into ball and lightly flatten
12 These are vadas
13 Arrange the vadas on serving dish
14 And pour curd (dahi) over them
15 Pour tamarind chutney on top of it
16 put some green chutney on top of it
17 And sprinkle cumin powder chat masala
18 If you want then pour hot & sweet tomato sauce
19 Garnish with coriander leaves
20 Now bread dahi vada is ready
21 Serve the bread dahi vada immeditely
