1 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Chopped ginger
3 Green chilli finely chopped
1 Small carrot finely chopped
4 French beans finely chopped
¼ Small Cabbage finely chopped
1 tbsp Oil
4 cups Water
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar or as per your taste
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt as per your taste
Spring onion chopped ( optional )
For corn flour slurry
3 tbsp Corn flour
¼ Water as required
1 Heat oil in a pan
2 Add chopped garlic, ginger
3 Stair fry for 2 minutes
4 Add chopped carrot, cabbage, and beans
5 Stir fry for 3 minutes or until the veggies are half cooked
6 Add 4 cup water
7 Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce,
8 Add vinger, salt, black pepper powder
9 Boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until flavors is absorbed well
10 Now prepare cornflour slurry by mixing cornflour in 1/4 cup water
11 Pour the slurry into the soup
12 Mix well
13 Continue to boil for 2 minutes or until soup thickens slightly
14 Finally garnishing spring onion
15 Know hot and sour soup is redye
