1 ½ cups Suji, Semolina, rava
1 tsp Black pepper powder
½ tsp Chilli flakes
½ tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
2 tbsp Oil
½ cup Water or as per your required
Salt as per your taste
Oil for frying
1 Firstly take a large bowl add rava, suji, make sure to take fine rava
2 Add black pepper, salt , chaat masala
3 Add chilli flakes, kasuri methi
4 Add oil
5 Mix well
6 Making sure the flour is moist
7 Add water as required
8 Knead the dough
9 Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required
10 Grease the dough with a tsp of oil
11 Rest for 30 minutes
12 Knead the dough again making sure the suji has absorbed water and dough is soft
13 Pinch a small ball sized dough
14 And roll to cylindrical
15 Press it on back to fork
16 Roll gently
17 forming a spiral shape
18 Deep fry the snack in hot oil
19 Keeping the flame on low to medium
20 Stir occasionally
21 Fry until the suji crunch turns golden and crisp
22 Suji crunch is ready
23 Enjoy suji crunch with hot tea or coffee
24 Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks
