I am so excited to share this restaurant-style garlic naan recipe. Garlic naan recipe is a very popular recipe in an Indian flatbread recipe made with plain flour or whole wheat flour and garlic. It is popular across India and also over the globe, because of the flavor and taste. In India, it’s one bread that’s always on the menu of every party, wedding, birthday, etc. I don’t remember my mom ever making naan for us at home. we had at home was roti, puri, and paratha. Naan was for restaurants. I made this garlic naan on Tawa, traditionally naan is made in a tandoor ( clay oven ) but at home, I prefer the Tawa method. I highly recommend cooking these on a cast iron tawa. On the other hand, these homemade garlic naans are soft packed with fresh garlic flavor it tastes delicious. I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
