To Blend
2 Banana
¾ cup Sugar ( 180 gm )
For Cake Batter
½ cup Oil ( 120 ml )
1 tsp Vanilla extract
262 g Whole wheat flour ( One cup and half cup )
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Vinegar
¼ cup Milk
4 tbsp Chocolate chip or dry fruit as per your requirement
1 Take banana peel them
2 Firstly, in a blander take banana and sugar
3 Blend all together smooth puree without adding any water
4 Transfer the banana puree into a large bowl
5 Add 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract
6 Whisk well until everything is well combined
7 Take a sieve to add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda
8 Add cinnamon powder
9 Sieve all ingredients making sure there are no lumps
10 Mix well using cut and fold method
11 Add milk
12 Mix well
13 Add vinegar
14 Mix well
15 Add chocolate chip
16 Mix gently
17 Take a cake tin grease the mold and place a butter paper at the bottom to avoid sticking
18 Pour the cake batter to a cake tin
19 Top with 2 tbsp chocolate chip over it
20 Place the cake tray into the preheated oven
21 Bake the cake at 180-degree celsius for 40 minutes
22 Or bake till toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean
