
Heat ghee a pan

Add Cashew nut saute for few minutes

Then add grated coconut or powder

Saute for 3 minutes in a medium flame

Then add khowa (maba) mix well

Add sugar ,saute well till sugar melt

The coconut become light creamy color saute in low flame

Then add cardamom powder mix well

Switch off the gas and transfer the filling to a plate

Take a banana

Peel the banana

Cut in to two parts

Make a shallow slit depth should be made until center

Make a gap in the slit using spoon or fingers , take a portion of the coconut filling into the slit

Push the stuff inside the banana as much as you can be careful

Heat 1 tsp oil or ghee in a nonstick pan

Place the banana in to it

After few minutes turn a sides and shallow fry till banana becomes golden color

Know stuffed banana is ready

Served with chilled rabri

Garnish with some pistachio

Adjust sugar as per your taste, depend on the size of banana you can use more or less coconut. don't use over ripe or semi ripe banana.I always prefer perfectly ripe banana.
