Cake recipe are a common choice during the month of December and January and any occasion, these are generally made for the celebration and shared with friends and family witch can made with and without egg. one such simple and easy cake recipe is chocolate banana cake recipe know for its moistness and chocolaty flavor. the recipe is extremely simple. i always recommend ripe banana’s for this recipe and do not use raw as it would not have more flavor in it, lastly, icing is not necessary to this cake can be served as it is by just warming it. so, you must try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you.

To Blend
2Banana ripened
¾Cup (180 gm) sugar
FOR CAKE BATTER
½Cup (120ml) oil
1tspVanilla extract
1tspVinegar
262gMaida ( one cup and half cup ) Plain flour
½cupCocoa powder (45grm)
1tspBaking powder
¼tspBaking soda
¼tspSalt
½cupWater (120 ml )
¼cupWalnut chopped ( 30 gm)
4tbspChocolate chip

Take 2 banana peel them

Firstly, in a blander take banana and 3/4 cup sugar

Blend to smooth puree without adding any water

Transfer the banana puree into a large bowl

Add 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whisk well until everything is well combined

Take a sieve and add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt

Sieve the all ingredients making sure there are no lumps

Mix well using cut and fold method

Further, add 1/2 cup water and vinegar mix well

Also, add walnut and chocolate chip

Mix gently

Take a cake tin grease the mold and place a butter paper at the bottom to avoid sticking

Pour the cake batter to a cake tin

Top with 3 tbsp chocolate chip over it

Place the cake tray into the preheated oven

Bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes

Or bake till the toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean
