4 Boiled eggs
3 tbsp Corn flour
3 tbsp All perpous flour (Maida)
2 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
½ tsp Red chilli powder or as per your taste
½ tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying and cooking
1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Chopped
5 4 to 5 Green chilli cut into small piseces
1 Onion cut into cubes
1 Capsicum cut into cubes
1 tbsp Corn flour
4 tbsp Red chilli sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Spring onion cut into small baton 2 no. (Optional) for Garnish
½ tsp Sugar (Optional)
1Take a mixing bowl, add besan, corn flour, maida

2Add ginger - garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and water

3Mix well and make a thick batter keep aside

4Take a boiled eggs

5Cut the boiled eggs into quartered

6Heat a pan with oil

7Dip each quartered boiled egg in the batter

8Fry it till golden brown

9Transfer it to paper tissue and keep aside

10Heat 1 tbsp of oil in another pan

11Add chopped ginger, garlic,

12And mix well saute for 30 second

13Add onion cube, capsicum cube and green chilli

14Mix well saute for 2 minutes

15Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder and salt

16Mix well and tossed for 1 minutes

17Take corn flour and water in small bowl, mix well and make slurry

18Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well add cornflour slurry and add chopped coriander leaves

19Mix well

20Add fried eggs

21Tossed well

22Know Chilli Eggs are ready

23Remove in serving bowl, garnish with remaining chopped coriander leaves

24Serve hot chilli eggs
