
Take a pan add 2tbsp sugar

Heat on low flame

Sugar melts continue on low flame

Cook until Golden brown sugar caramalized

Pour in to a cake tin, spread even

Add cashew nut and set aside

Remove edges of bread slices

Chop 6 slices of bread

And grind in to fine powder

Take a bowl add 1/2 cup milk and 2 tbsp Custard powder

mix well remove lumps

Take a pan add 2 cups milk and add 4 tbsp sugar

Boil until sugar melts

Add Custard powder

Stair and boil 2 minutes on medium flame thickened slightly then keep the pan on a low flame

Add Bread crumbs little at a time mix well

Add vanilla extract mix well

Now pore the mixture in cake tin

and tap twice

Cover with an aluminium foil

Place the pudding pan in the Idly steamer pan

Steam for 30 minutes

To get net slices, you will have to refrigerates for a couple of hours or 2 hours

And then unmold

Slice and serve it
