
Take Chana Dal in a bowl.
Wash and grind to a granular paste from chana dal
Take 4 to 5 spoons grind chana dal paste (Bengal gram) add curd , turmeric powder ,red chili powder and salt to taste
Mix well and add the water
Take a kadhi put on the batter and allow the batter to cook and boil
When the kadhi comes to boil, stir the batter time to time and cook properly
When The Kadhi is cooked properly, it shouldn't taste raw, check for the taste of the Kadhi and one the raw taste dissapears then turn off the flame . Keep the boiled kadhi aside in a bowl
Take grind chana dal (Bengal gram) paste for pakori (bari)
Add turmeric powder , crushed garlic , crushed ginger , crushed green chili and salt(as per taste).
Mix well for 5 to 6 minutes
Heat some oil for frying in a kadhi.
Put small dumpling (pakori or bari) of dal batter
Pakori fry till golden brown
Add the fried bari (pakori) to the kadhi
For tampering take a pan and add 2 spoons oil heat oil then add cumin seeds ,hing , mustard seeds , chopped garlic cloves, the seeds to crackle now add the whole red chili or green chili
Add the kadhi pakori and
Garnish with roasted kasuri methi
If you like ghee then add 1 table spoon ghee too..
Your Kadhi Pakoda is Ready to Serve!
