
250 g Noodles (Chowmein)
1 Onion juliennes medium
1 Small Cabbage Shredded
1 Carrot julinnes medium to large
1 Capsicum green and red julinnes
1 tbsp Spring onion chopped (Green onion), hara pyaaz
1 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tbsp OIL
6 cups Water , 1.5 litrs for boiling noodles
Some cold water for rinsing noodles
8 To 10 French beans thinly sliced diagonally or finely chopped

First heat enough water in a pan

When the water comes to a boil, add the noodles

Add 1 tea spoon salt

Add 1 tea spoon oil

Stir and allow to cook the noodles till they are just cooked or Aldent

Strain the water

Keep it in cold water

Again strain it

LET'S START COOKING NOODLES

Take a pan add 2 table spoon of oil

Add onion

Add carrot mix well

Saute for 2 to 3 mins on high flame

Add boiled noodles

Add salt , black pepper powder , soy sauce , red chilli sauce , green chilli sauce

For around 2 to 3 minutes still cooking on a very high flame

Serve with tomato sauce and schezwan chutney as per your choice (optional)

NOTE: Always bring water to a rolling boil before adding the noodles to the water,use salt and oil if mentioned on the pack . cook the noodle al dente without making them mushy, please follow the instructions on the pack for cook time of noodles, the cook time varies depending on the kind of noodles.
