Besan Paratha Recipe – How to Make Besan Pratha – Gram Flour Pratha

Besan Parathas are a great choice for breakfast or lunch . Besan parathas can be enjoyed with curd, any pickle , or sauce.Besan paratha recipe is quick and supper yummy breakfast recipe. Besan paratha is a flavorful flat bread. This paratha is a combination of whole wheat flour and besan (Gram flour).

 2 cups Wheat flour
 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
 ½ tsp Hing
 Salt to taste
 Water as per required
 200 g Besan
 2 Medium onion fine chopped
 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 ½ tbsp Crushed Ginger
 ½ tsp Crushed Green chili
 ½ tsp Black paper powder
 ½ tsp Red chili powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 Salt to taste
 Coriander leaves finely chopped

To begin making the Besan paratha ,We willFirst make the dough. Add Ajwain, hing, salt and flour into a bowl mix well

Add water at a time and knead to make a firm yet smooth dough and keep aside

Take another bowl Add besan , Chopped onion ,garlic , ginger, green chili, black paper powder , red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt mix everything properly

Add water and mix well a thick batter add coriander leaves

Now cook besan paratha , take nonstick taba heat the taba and place the rolled chapati on top and allow it to cook on one side

Then other side chapati spread the batter

At this stage , smear some oil or ghee to cook the paratha until you see golden brown spots on both sides

Proceed the same way with the remaining dough and batter

Serve hot Besan paratha with curd , pickle , raita and sauce for a delicous breakfast
