Palak and Methi paratha is a delicious Indian flat bread .It not only taste delicious but smells irresistible too.It can be consumed with any of the pickle or curd .The palak and Methi paratha can be eaten in breakfast. They are really healthy as along with whole wheat flour it consists of iron packed spinach and methi.

2 cups Wheat flour (atta)
100 g Chopped Spinach (palak)
30 g Chopped Methi
1 Medium onion fine chopped
8 Garlic clove finely chopped
2 Green chili finely chopped
⅓ tsp Hing
1 tsp Ajwain
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for cooking paratha
1 Take palak and methi clean &wash
2 Chopped onion,garlic and green chili
3 Take a bowl add chopped palak, methi, wheat flour,onion,garlic,green chili,hing,ajwain and salt
4 Mix well
5 Rub it with all ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes
6 Now start kneading prepare soft dough
7 Flatten the dumpling and roll it into dry flour.Roll it into a circle of 5 inches diameter
8 Heat tawa or any non stick pan, roast the paratha from both sides till you get small golden spots on both surfaces
9 Spread some ghee or oil of one side of half cooked paratha and flip it
10 Spread some more ghee and press it gently flip once or twice more till paratha is completely cooked
11 Enjoy hot palak and methi paratha with curd and pickle
