Soya chilli is a variation to the veg manchurian dish. Proteinacious soyabean nuggets coated with a tangy gravy made from tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce is a delicious starter .Make with veg noodles .
Bring water to boil ,when it start boiling ,add the soya chunks and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep it for 10 minutes,then drain the water ,squeeze out the excess water ,and keep it aside
Take a bowl add soya chunks,maida, cornflour, salt, chili sauce,soya sauce,tomato sauce, black pepper, garam masala and AjinoMoto(optional)
mix well
Take a pan heat oil and add mix soya chunks and saute till light golden brown for medium flame
Keep aside
Now take another pan ,heat oil and add chopped ginger,garlic saute for 1 minute in medium flame,add onion ,capsicum and green chili
Saute for 4 minutes and add soya sauce ,chili sauce, tomato sauce mix well if you want more chili then add red chili powder
Now if you want dry soya chili then add soya chunks, salt and mix well saute for 4 to 5 minutes ,garnish with coriander leaves and serve it
For gravy ,do the same procedure till adding soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce
Then add (mix 1 tbsp of corn flour in 1 cup of water) .Mix well allow to boil and cook the cornflour
Add soya chunks and allow to cook for 4 minutes .
Now the gravy will thick as per your requirement
Now soya chili is ready sprinkle coriander leaves
Serve hot with chapati or any best combination
