Raw papaya vegetable – Raw papaya fry – Tasty Indian Recipe

Raw papaya is a great source of vitamins and nutrition .Papaya is a rich source of antioxidents such as fiber,vitamin C and E.It contains the digestive enzyme, papaya is a good for the digestive system. Papaya vegetables is an excellent side dish.

 500 g Raw papaya (1 small papaya)
 2 Green chili
 1 tsp cumin seeds
 ½ tsp Hing (optional)
  tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp kitchen king masala
 2 tbsp oil
 salt to taste

Wash the papaya and peel it and again wash it.

Take a papaya and grate it,and cut the green chili small pieces.

Hit oil in a fringe pan and put cumin seeds and hing and green chili into it.Let them splutter.

Now add grated papaya ,salt , turmeric powder and kitchen king masala mix well and cook for 5 minutes .

Roasted papaya along with masala.

And pour 2/3 cup water into the pan and cover it with a lid.Cook the recipe another 3 to 4 minutes.

Raw papaya vegetable is ready.Serve it with chapati,or paratha.
