Muthia is a Gujarati snack. The steamed muthias can be made in advance and then added to any veggie dish. You can make muthia and serve them with any type of sauce or chutney, its a really delicious all time snacks which is very tasty and is also good for health as it contains no fats or cholesterol, it can be cooked as per your choice whether it is roasted or shallow fried both taste equally well. Take equal parts of dal and rice

Take grated lauki, chopped palak, chopped methi ,chopped coriander

Heat a pan and add all dal roast them without oil on medium flam
