500 g Raw papaya (1 small papaya)
2 Green chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp Hing (optional)
⅓ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 Wash the papaya and peel it and again wash it.
2 Take a papaya and grate it,and cut the green chili small pieces.
3 Hit oil in a fringe pan and put cumin seeds and hing and green chili into it.Let them splutter.
4 Now add grated papaya ,salt , turmeric powder and kitchen king masala mix well and cook for 5 minutes .
5 Roasted papaya along with masala.
6 And pour 2/3 cup water into the pan and cover it with a lid.Cook the recipe another 3 to 4 minutes.
7 Raw papaya vegetable is ready.Serve it with chapati,or paratha.
